Moscow Idaho, A Sheave is not a Knife

The evidence against Brain Kolberger is not convincing. Thus far, the cornerstone of the government's presentation is a microscopic particle, a 1000 times smaller than a dandelion seed, found on a KA-BAR knife sheave with USMC markings. An item that can be purchased online, or at the local department store. Whomever the killers, they did not kill four twenty something college students with a knife Sheave.

We must remember, the knife sheave used to link Brian Kohberger to the crime, only has the DNA located on the bottom snap. Be advised, proper operation requires the knife to be in the sheave and the molly fastened to the waist belt (above). Thus, positioned lateral at the intersection of the coronal and axial plane. The knife rests in the sheave attached to the belt in the secure position. To elevate the weapon unto a fighting/defensive posture the operator must un-snap the security strap then position the palm of the hand on and the fingers around the handle. The operator could use the Ice pick grip, knife blade on pinky side of the hand, or the stab position (below). The United States Marine Corp refers to stab position as the Hammer grip, sharp edge on the thumb side of the hand. If the knife and sheave combo is held loosely, the operator must use two hands to extract the knife from the sheave. One hand to hold the sheave and another hand to pull the knife out. The point being, the hand, or hands, must touch other parts of the sheave in order to extract the knife from the container. So, where is the additional DNA evidence on the sheave? This is not a case where evidence overwhelms the day. It is the lack of evidence, where evidence should be, that makes this case perplexing.

The lack of evidence is a silent signal of possible evidence tampering. The crime scene was bloody. We know this from the testamony of the Latah County Cororner Cathy Mabbatt.

The sheave is a loose object. Anyone or anybody could have had contact with this item either in the house or elsewhere. Do we know for sure, whether Kohberger had ever visited the house before as a party guest? No! we don't. Although the probable cause affidavit denotes Kohberger's phone(8458) CSLI places him at the house 12 times since he arrived for Phd school to study criminology at WSU. Could this knife sheave have been left there during a previous visit? Could someone else have deposited the sheave in the house? The point being, the knife sheave, being a loose article, opens the door for speculation. Had Mr. Kohberger's DNA been on the door knob or wall, a physical structure attached to the house, the DNA would be more pronounced. Let's go farther, according the the CPL Brent Payne Affidavit, D.M., who is the only eye witness in the house, never reported seeing the alledged killer holding a knife. Understand, A murder weapon was not recovered at the crime scene. To our knowledge a murder weapon has never been recovered, and the only eye witness, does not report the masked man with bushy eyebrows, simular to Mr. Kohbergers, who is walking down the hall toward her, as having a knife or weapon. Again, the killer is walking away from the Kernodle room, where the killer just killed two people people with a sharp object, the only eywitness sees the killer walking toward her, casuing her to freeze in fright, and the killer doesn't have a weapon(knife). A knife sheave is not a knife, nor is it the murder weapon, and Mr. Kohberger has never been seen with a knife in his possession.

The prosecution has requested internet records to verify if Mr. Kohberger did purchase a knife, possible online. A Search for the weapon. However, The Brady rule requires the prosecution to turn over all exculpatory evidence to the defense, and the defense has stated there is no evidence that Mr. Kohberger purchased a knife. So, we conclude the quest for a knife purchase returned a nothing berger.

There is no evidence, of blood or DNA, from the crime scene in Mr. Kohberger's white Hyundai Elantra. It is hard to believe he could leave the crime scene without dripping blood or DNA trace particles from the victims along the snow white covered ground, or transferring them to his car an beyond. In addition, Mr. Kohberger is not the only person in Pullman,Wa or Moscow,Id to drive a white Hyundai Elantra. There were at least 90 white Hyundai Elantras registered to park on Washington State Campass. Following this thread, a sighting at 0345am on 13 Nov 2022 of a white Hyundai Elantra on Hwy 8 and Styner Ave was omitted from the officer Brent Payne Affidavit which proves one thing. There may have been more than one White sedan roaming the streets of Moscow Idaho in the early morning hours of 13 Nov 2022.

There is no evidence of blood or DNA, from the crime scene in Mr. Kohbergers apartment, nor his home in Pennsylvania.

There is no evidence Mr. Kohberger had a relationship with the victims. Following someone on social media without a two party interaction is not a relationship.

The University of Idaho is the cash cow for Moscow, Idaho. The entire town depends on this University for revenue. Which means law enforcement was under colossal pressure to find the killer before the Chrismas break ended.
